NASHVILLE, TENN. / CHARLOTTE, NC. (JULY 07, 2023) Today worship leader and songwriter Tiffany Hudson releases her newest song, “Obey,” from her upcoming solo debut album Hidden Here (Elevation Worship Records). “Growing up I often thought I knew the ‘right way’ to follow Jesus by following a list of rules; however, things completely changed for me the moment it all clicked when God showed me what obedience actually looked like,” shares Tiffany Hudson on the inspiration for her new song. “We are called to obedience, not out of obligation, but rather, obedience is driven by love. I often think God’s love language is obedience. His love leads me to want to obey him. The more I fall in love with Him, the more I desire to keep his commands.”

The upcoming album features special guest appearances from worship leaders Steffany Gretzinger, Mitch Wong, and Joe L Barnes and is produced by Josh Holiday, Bubele Booi, and Jason Ingram. Hudson is an award-winning songwriter (“Graves Into Gardens,” “Wait On You,” “Never Lost,” among others), a member of the GRAMMY® Award-winning group Elevation Worship, and a worship leader at Elevation Church. She will also be leading with Elevation Worship on their Elevation Nights Tour with Pastor Steven Furtick this summer and fall (tour dates here).

ABOUT TIFFANY HUDSON: Tiffany Hudson grew up in the church as a Pastor’s kid, always knowing she wanted to be in ministry. It was also at her parent’s church where she started honing in on her worship-leading skills, learning to play multiple instruments and write songs. As a songwriter, any time Tiffany gets the opportunity to write is, as she explains, “it’s a humbling experience to try and pen God’s wonder. It’s a weight and a responsibility to put confessions in other people’s mouth’s to say to God.” Tiffany is an award-winning songwriter (“Graves Into Gardens,” “Wait On You,” “Never Lost,” among others), a member of the GRAMMY® Award-winning group Elevation Worship, and a worship leader at Elevation Church.
