17 JULY – NASHVILLE, TN – Transparent Productions announces Matt Maher’s “The Stories I Tell Myself Tour” this fall. Kicking off September 7 in California and wrapping in Indiana in November with tour support from Jon Reddick, these events will be powerful nights of worship, fellowship, and prayer that will bring together the venues they’re hosted in and the cities beyond. “I’m really excited to tour this project again this fall and even more so with such a gifted artist, songwriter, and musician like Jon Reddick,” Matt Maher shares. The 28-city tour is on the crescendo of Maher’s career, intricately weaving together familiar favorites and new hits, such as his recent No. 1 single “The Lord’s Prayer,” along with “Lord, I Need You,” “Because He Lives,” and “Alive & Breathing,” joined by many other new worship songs that are paving the way on the charts from his latest album, The Stories I Tell Myself.

ABOUT MATT MAHER: Over the past 25 years, Matt Maher has become a staple in the artistic and songwriting community. A 9x GRAMMY® nominee and 6x GMA Dove Award winner, he has garnered multiple radio successes, writing and recording songs such as his Top 5 CCLI song “Lord, I Need You” and radio hits “Your Grace Is Enough,” “Hold Us Together,” “All The People Said Amen,” “Because He Lives (Amen),” “Alive and Breathing,” and “The Lord’s Prayer (It’s Yours).” Maher has co-written another six No. 1 radio singles, including David Crowder’s “Come As You Are” and Third Day’s “Soul On Fire.” In 2015, Maher was invited to join the elite group of musicians and artists as an official Steinway Artist.

ABOUT JON REDDICK: Growing up the son of a pastor, the church pianist in Memphis, TN, and brother to six siblings, music was woven into Jon Reddick’s DNA from the start. Eventually, Reddick and his family made their way to Nashville, where God kept putting unlikely people in his path. He has had the opportunity to work on songwriting with artists like Matt Redman, Tommy Sims, Josh Kerr, and Sheryl Crow.

He is also one of the worship leaders at Church of the City working alongside Chris McClarney and led by pastor Darren Whitehead. The Church of the City live recordings of “You Keep Hope Alive” and “God, Turn It Around” that feature Reddick became Top 30 Mediabase Christian Audience radio singles in 2020 and 2021 and top songs on the Air1: Worship Now radio network.
